Supplier orders
For an order, delivery or return, contact the seller using the contact details on the store where you purchased. Renter Home Guide does not operate a checkout or handle orders from external suppliers.
Suggest a supplier
You can suggest an official supplier website and explain the relevant product category. A suggestion does not guarantee inclusion. We do not accept payment for an undisclosed recommendation.
Keep private details private
Please do not email passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or private tenancy records. We only need enough information to understand the website enquiry.
